These Terms of Service govern the use of the SecurHUB website available at www.securhub.pl (hereinafter: "Service"). By using the Service, you accept the provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the Service.

The terms used in the Terms of Service mean: - Service - the SecurHUB website available at www.securhub.pl. - User - any person using the Service. - Service Provider - SecurHUB Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 37/lok 2.43, 02-672 Warszawa, Poland, KRS: 0000836357, REGON: 385868071, NIP: 1251704532. - Services - cybersecurity services offered by the Service Provider. - Content - all materials published on the Service, including articles, graphics, and multimedia.
3. Scope of Services
The Service provides information services in the field of cybersecurity, including: - Publication of articles and news on IT security. - Presentation of cybersecurity service offerings. - Ability to contact the SecurHUB team. - AI chatbot supporting users in obtaining information. Detailed terms of paid cybersecurity services are determined individually and specified in separate agreements.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, photos, audio and video materials, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Service Provider or has been used under appropriate licenses. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using the Service content for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited. Quoting fragments of content with source attribution is permitted.
5. Rules for Using the Service
The User agrees to: - Use the Service in accordance with applicable law and good practices. - Not undertake actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Service. - Not attempt unauthorized access to the Service Provider's systems. - Not provide false or misleading information. - Not violate the rights of third parties. The Service Provider reserves the right to block access to the Service for Users who violate these Terms.
6. Liability
Content published on the Service is for informational and educational purposes. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information is current and reliable, however, it is not responsible for: - Decisions made based on information contained in the Service. - Damages resulting from the inability to use the Service. - Actions of third parties violating the security of the Service. - Content posted on external sites to which links from the Service lead. In the case of paid services, the scope of liability is determined by a separate agreement.

The Service may contain links to external websites. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of the owners of these sites. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the terms and privacy policies of external services visited.
8. Personal Data Protection
The principles of processing Users' personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available at www.securhub.pl/privacy-policy. By using the Service, the User accepts the principles of personal data processing specified in the Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the introduction of changes means acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend regularly checking the content of the Terms.
10. Final Provisions
